OUR HISTORY

 

Preparation Audit Consultants was formed to meet the growing demand for expert and knowledgeable guidance and oversight throughout the food chain from farm to table.  This includes live side production, processing, distribution and retail, and ultimately the consumer.  We understand how important it is to protect your reputation and brand because we have worked hand in hand with some of the largest protein providers in the world.  The founders of PAC have a history of managing successful start- up companies and have over 25 years of combined experience providing intervention solutions to the food processing industry.  They founded Synergy Technologies in 2004 and grew the company into one of the largest and most respected antimicrobial interventions companies in the marketplace.  We bring the same level of dedication, knowledge and professionalism to PAC and look forward to helping your company in any way we can.  Executive bios are as follows: 


Randy Allen 

  • Mr. Allen is the co-founder and managing partner of Preparation Audit Consultants. 
  • Mr. Allen is the former President and co-founder of Synergy Technologies, Inc.- food safety and antimicrobial intervention company based in Shreveport LA.  Company was sold to Peroxychem in 2016.  
  • Mr. Allen has 34 years of chemical and technical sales experience in the oil field, pulp and paper, and food processing industries.

 Jason York 

  • Mr. York is the co-founder and managing partner of Preparation Audit Consultants.  
  • Mr. York is the former Vice President and co-founder of Synergy Technologies, Inc- food safety and antimicrobial intervention company based in Shreveport LA. Company was sold to Peroxychem in 2016.  
  • Mr. York has 21 years of chemical and technical sales experience in industrial water treatment, pulp and paper and food processing industries.

Christian Ouzts

  • Mr. Ouzts has over twenty years experience in the poultry processing industry. 
  • Mr. Ouzts has worked very close with the development and implementation of the HIMP (HACCP-Based Inspection Models Project), SIP (Salmonella Initiative Program), NPIS (New Poultry Inspection System), Animal Welfare, NAE (No-Antibiotics Ever) claims and GFSI standards. Christian is a certified HACCP instructor, PAACO - Certified Poultry Welfare Auditor and ASQ Certified Quality Auditor. 
  • Mr. Ouzts has extensive experience with label approvals, process control, microbiological sampling and testing and quality management. 
  • Mr. Ouzts has attended various process control and food safety training sessions during his career to include USDA FSRE-EIAO methodology industry training. 
  • Mr. Ouzts holds a BS degree in Quality Systems Management and an AA degree in Business.
